How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders normally take 1 to 2 business days to ship out. Once shipped, UPS Ground delivery normally takes from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping takes up to 1 business day to ship out. On high-volume holidays, please allow for a few extra days.
How will I know that my order is in process?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
I tried placing an order, but the system rejected it. Why?
An incorrect billing address is the most common reason for an order not to be accepted. Make sure that the billing information you enter matches exactly the address that appears on your most recent credit card statement.
Can you customize products?
No, we do not sell customized display cases.
Do you mount the items displayed on the display cases?
No, but it’s easy for you to mount them yourself. You can pin the medals to the felt and you can use double-sided, acid-free adhesive foam discs (found at craft stores in the scrap book section) to attach patches, pictures, and other items. The felt is mounted to a frame which can be taken out of the display case. This makes arranging your display items easier.
Do you do engraved plates?
No, but you can easily get an engraved plate at a trophy store.
Do you ship to APO/ and to locations outside the United States?
Yes. Items sent to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other destinations outside the U.S. ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
My flag does not fit in the display case. Why?
A possible reason for your flag not to fit is that you have a display case for a smaller flag (3 ft. by 5 ft.) and you are trying to insert a larger flag (such as a 5 ft. by 9.5 ft.). Also, please make sure that you follow the link on our front page to a site that shows you how to appropriately fold the flag into a triangle.
What if I am not satisfied with my order after it arrives?
At Freedom Display Cases, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you return the merchandise for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery, we will issue an exchange or refund, or credit your account. Upon return, we will inspect the merchandise. Make sure that you do not deface the boxes and return them in the same condition as you received them. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges if no mistake was made by us. Before returning any merchandise, you need to call or email us for authorization. There is a $8.00 re-stocking fee. If you cancel an order once it has shipped, we will apply a restocking fee for each item cancelled. Important: Shipping fees are not refundable.
What background color do you recommend for medal display cases?
There is no written rule for what felt color matches a specific service or organization. Tradition, however, is that black felt goes with Army; blue with Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and law enforcement; and red with the Marine Corps.
Do you offer a discount if I buy a large quantity?
Yes, we offer a discount if you buy more than 10 items at a time. The more you buy, the larger the discount. Please contact us to discuss.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Contact us with the items you want to purchase, the billing address, the shipping address, and the preferred shipping method. We will send you an invoice payable no later than 30 days after placement of the order.
