Returns & Exchanges
At Freedom Display Cases, we stand behind the quality of our products and we strive to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it.
If you return your merchandise for any reason within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will issue an exchange or refund, or credit your account. Upon return, we will inspect your merchandise. Make sure that you do not deface the boxes and return them in the same condition as you received them. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges if no mistake was made by us.
Before returning any merchandise, you need to email us for authorization. There is a $8 re-stocking fee per display case; for flags, the re-stocking fee is $5. To obtain authorization, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we check our e-mails from 9 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday (except for federal holidays).
We suggest that you ship your merchandise via UPS or USPS Priority Mail to make tracking your return easier. Please make sure you obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost when you return them to us.
If you cancel an order once it is ready to be shipped, we will apply a small restocking fee for each item cancelled.
Important: Shipping fees are not refundable.
