Freedom Display Cases provides fast shipping. Orders normally take 1 to 2 business days to ship out. You can see the shipping charge in the shopping cart by just entering the destination (including countries outside the United States). 

The contiguous 48 states of the United States
We use UPS Ground to ship items to the 48 contiguous states. Once shipped, delivery normally takes from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. On high-volume holidays, please allow for a few extra days.

We offer expedited delivery to the 48 contiguous states. This includes Next Day Air (one business day), Second Day (two business days not counting the day it is picked up), or Third Day (3 business days not counting the day it is picked up).

APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands
Items sent to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Canada
Orders sent to Canada ship via Priority Mail International.

United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, other countries in Europe, Japan, and all other nations
Orders sent to other nations ship via Priority Mail International.

We are experienced at selling to customers in many different countries. Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs and other fees levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply (we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be). You should contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delivery delays.


Returns

At Freedom Display Cases, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to inspect the merchandise as soon as you receive it.

If you return merchandise for any reason within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will issue an exchange or refund, or credit your account. Upon return, we will inspect the merchandise. Please make sure that you do not deface the boxes and return them in the same condition you received them. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges if no mistake was made by us.

Before returning merchandise, contact us to obtain authorization. There is a $8 re-stocking fee per display case; for flags, the re-stocking fee is $5.

We suggest that you ship your merchandise via UPS or USPS Priority Mail to facilitate tracking your return. Please make sure you obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost when you return them to us.

If you cancel an order after it has shipped, we will apply a small restocking fee for each item canceled.

Important: Shipping fees are not refundable.
